We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Yes! If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

No worries—we’ll make it right. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
4. What are your holiday cut-off dates for delivery?
To ensure gifts arrive in time for Christmas and other major holidays, please place your order by:
December 15 for standard shipping
December 20 for express shipping

5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within USA. We’re working on expanding to more locations soon!
